Can the contact center HTML UI popup the customer details when a customer calls just like in the Con

We have the contact Center HTML UI in R12. The Oracle user guide mentions that not all features of the contact center form are in the HTML UI. My question is can the contact Center HTML UI be made to pop up when a customer calls just like the contact center form.

Also is there any HTML version of the Universal Work Queue?
