No Data Selection for R30837

Happy New Year All:

I understand the R30837, WO WIP Revaluation, is called from the R30835, Frozen Cost Rollup, and/or during the R31804, Variance Accounting.  Some of our users want to run it ad hoc.  However, there is no data selection available for the R30837.  Is this not supposed to be run from a menu, only when called from the 2 UBE's above?
