Unable to update Timecard -- Update icon is missing - it is displaying only "Details" icon - OTL

Hi ,

Initially user opened timecard for period 30-dec-2018 to 5-jan-2019 and entered time sheet for 1 day and saved. Later on user is unable to edit the same. Only "Details" icon is dispalying.
