Agile Password Change in Windows results in login hangup requiring refresh of Chrome and re-entry of

Looking for recommendations to fix this issue that happens using Chrome. Login works normally using other browsers. Have tried purging browser history, saved passwords, etc through Chrome settings. Chrome version affected = Google Chrome is up to date

Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit).
