Issue with LCM and 7zip on some exports only

greetings,

We are on 11.1.2.2.  We installed patch .500 over the 2018 holidays, and noticed that 7zip is failing when I open the zipped file.  This only occurs when exporting "Deployment Metadata" (in "Foundation" group).  Zipped file is only 3 megs.

The message we get when opening this zipped file is "The Compressed (zipped) Folder "...\LCM_test.zip" is invalid.

All other zipped files for FDM, planning, Essbase, etc can be open successfully, including the other exports under the "Foundation" Application group, such as Calculation Manager, EPM Architect and Shared Services.

This is odd as this is an issue with 7zip, and have not yet found anything that may shed some light on this..  The LCM export for all groups works well..
