Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Add a DBA to deduct 5% from Monthly Salary

I would like to add a DBA to deduct 5% from Monthlly Salary irrespective of any deduction in hours.

Eg :

Monthly Salary = 10000, Hourly Rate = 10000/30/8 =41.67. so my DBA deduction = (10000+ Any Allowances Applied)*5% = 500

Next month , I have unpaid Hours for 8 Hours, so my salary will be reduced to : 232*41.67 = 9667.44 + (Any Allowances Applied)

In this case also my DBA deduction should be (10000+ Any Allowances Applied)*5% = 500

Please suggest.
