We are calling Transact move Order API in WMS org and we are getting error message INV INV_ORPHAN_C

As per the recommendation we create a Move Order and Approved it. Then did the allocation in the Transact Move Order form.

we use Transact Move order API to complete the Move order we are getting a error message. Did any one have encountered this message?
