PPS Upgrade Advisory - Created and last updated no longer same for new records

Hi All,

Think we might be the first to have noticed.  Now for new records the created and last updated columns won't be same like they always have been ever since Siebel has been around.  Not sure when this changed.  We are working with 18.11 and here are the new values.

Created = When the record was created

Last Updated = When the record was saved - not when it was created.  This means last updated will be a few seconds behind the created value.

This can cause issues that will have to be fixed in places like workflow processes where these fields are compared for equality to see if this is a brand new record.  For this client project we will need to change to check modification number instead.
