We have performance issue in IB page 12.2.4

  • The Instance Configuration screen (and the html interface in general) continue to be very sluggish. The page will either respond immediately or take upwards of 60 seconds to process a change (update of software version, addition of a new part number instance to a pump item instance etc..). Occasionally the request will completely timeout and the webpage will need to be closed and the operation attempted again. Over the course of a day this slows down our work considerably.

Any suggestions?
