Self Service Names Page

In Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Names, students can view their primary name and edit their preferred name.  We do not give them the opportunity to add an additional name type.  Is there a configuration setting to remove the 'Add a New Name' button from the page?  Currently they can click on the button and be taken to the 'Add a New Name' page, where they cannot do anything.  We are on CS 9.0, PT 8.56.
