Quality Collection Plan Trigger for Customer

Hi All,

We are using Discrete Manufacturing and there is a requirement to trigger Quality plan while Performing  WIP Move Transactions or wip completion transaction.However This should be triggered for some specific Customers only.

For these Transactions there is no collection trigger for Customer (Below is the Screen shot). I checked for the lookup also which stores these triggers but that is not editable. Could anyone please suggest on how we can consider this requirement.
