For only 1 item, Frozen cost roll doesn't update F4105.

I have 1 purchased item where the Frozen Cost Roll (R30835) is updating the Cost Components file (F30026) but not updating the Item Cost Ledger (F4105).  The Frozen Cost Roll processing option is set to update costs, and the frozen costs in the F30026 get updated but not the cost in the F4105. 

Any help is appreciated.
