What is the most efficient way to prevent the new WA Family Leave Tax from deducting for Union emplo

Our Union employees in WA were also taxed with the new Family Leave Tax (48|G2, H2).  The Union employees work in the same company as other Non-Union employees so we can't use the Unemployment Insurance Rates (P079221) to override.
