Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can we use an Automation Agent on the Shipment Action - Modify Tender?

I am adding a smaller Order Release to an Existing Shipment that has already been Accepted by the Carrier.

Thus I want to use the Modify Tender Action to perform some of our Customizations along with sending the Modify Tender email.
