Warranty Entitlement
We went live a year ago and we are currently E920 TR 9.2.2.5. We went live without implementing Warranty Entitlements. We keep track of who is entitled to warranty coverage in an excel spreadsheet.
It looks to me like I should populate files F1721, F1724, F1725 and F1729 which are all joined by V1721E.
First, can someone verify that these are the only files I need to populate or are there others?
Second, what fields in each of these files are mandatory in order to be able to use Entitlements.
