Hi Folks,

While upgrading from RAC 12c DB, EBS 12.1.3 >>>>into RAC 12c DB, EBS 12.2.8, is it enough to keep only one RAC node up and running and shutdown the other nodes? or I need really to convert this RAC DB into RAC one node enabled? as per Oracle documentation.
