I can not create a osp work order because of the value

When you attempt to create an OSP Work Order, the purchase requisition number is not created by reporting it as "Released".

However, by reducing the value of the Work Order from R$ 350,750.00 to R$ 210,000.00, the purchase requisition number is generated.

What is the setting that limits the creation of a purchase order from an OSP service order?
