SmartView: Connection to Shared Services Provider Failed

Hi friends,

we are having a problem when they try to connect to SmartView Shared Connections in PBCS. Error message is that "The provider running at https://url/workspace/SmartViewProviders is not a Shared Services provider".

It only happens to some users, while for others are working. The smartivew version is using the users are 11.1.2.5.400.

Please let me know if any thoughts on it.Thanks in advance
