Essbase server not stopped correctly

Hi everybody,

This morning we get a big issue in our Essbase server.

Somme applications are running since this week end and we got three ghost processes.

We kill the three processes and all shell accociated of them (load, extract, etc).

We are tried to stop Essbase server and the status is KO. We cannot log into essbase

The Essbase server is installed in a Unix AIX 7.1.

Could you help us please?
