Where can I find year end forms update for Puerto Rico?

We applied Tax Update 18-D and manually inserted 1/1/2018 rows on our applicable tax form definitions and tax form print parameters awaiting updates for W-2PR and W-2cPR from next release.  Normally these are updated with the "E" release via dms from Oracle.  Now we are current with 18-E, but did not receive any updates and must produce year end for Puerto Rico.  Our demo image does not have this data either.
