Need help to mass Update Asset Locations from Excel Sheet

We have a list of Location updates for Assets in Excel. We want to mass update it. Is there any delivered PeopleSoft AM Process or feature which we can make use of to mass update location with a new effective date. Appreciate your inputs. We are on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 PUM 28 PeopleTools 8.56
