PTO Carry Over

I have run the PTO carry over process in test instance with parameter (calculation Date: 31-Dec-2018,Accrual Plan: Annual,Reprocess:NO, Accrual term:current). Its showing correct carry over balance for some employees and incorrect balance for some employees.In instance, they have created their own formula for Accrual Plan: Annual Leave.
