Implementing Finance and SCM modules in EBS , How we to use Share HR Application without license cos

Dear All,

We are implementing Oracle E-biz Financial and SCM modules and customer is using Ramco system for HR and Payroll data.

To implement Finance and SCM Modules , we requires BG , Inv Organizations , Position Hierarchy and etc in E-Biz.... Can we use Shared HR Application in e-Biz without any license cost.

Kindly let me know what are all the limitation in Share HR application and possibilities here
