Rent Increase In Property Manager

Hi team,

I am setting up a "Rent Increase" functionality  in Property manager.The lease date is from 1-Jan-18 to 31-Dec-19 & the rent increase period is from 1-Jan-19 to 31-Dec-2019.After "approval of Rent Increase" In the Main lease it is generating the payment terms starting from "1-Feb-2019". AIso the frequency of one time payment term is coming as "One time".Please suggest why this "one time payment" term is updated in the main lease?
