unprocessed shipping transactions

Hi,

i tried to close INV period but there is around 200 unprocessed shipping transactions and the problem when i check one of this order i found that AR issued the invoice but items QTY still stuck in staging area and i can find this order in Reservation item .

so how i can fix this issue to close period.
