need a table method that calculates a deduction based on hours worked

We have a group of employees who will be charged for insurance based on the number of hours worked.  If the employee work 50% or less of full time they pay 50% of the premium, work 51-75% of full time they are responsible for 25% of the premium.  Is there a table method that will work for this?
