Is there a page to update the Base Price for multiple Lines of a Procurement Contract at the same ti

The line grid section of Procurement Contracts allows mass editing for many line attributes, but for some reason the Base Price field on the Default Schedule tab is display only.

The only place we have found to edit this price is on the Line Details page.  However, you can not navigate to the next line easily from this page.  To populate the contract base price, which is one of the most important pieces of information to correctly create PO releases, we are clicking Line Details, scrolling down to base price section, entering the price, and then clicking OK.  Since the Line Details page is a pop-up page, there is not an option to click Next to open the next line to update the base price without navigating back out to
