How do I change the Process Intervals for the Planning Manager once it has started?

I am using oracle 12.1.3

I started the Planning Manager with the default Process Interval. Now that it has started I am trying to modify the interval but I cannot uncheck the Active box and the Process Intervals are disabled so I cannot change those either. I need to change it from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
