a lot of connection CSDS in cluster WCC12c

Hi , we have every day  a lot of connection in data-source  CSDS in each node of cluster  for example  when each node has a 70 connection simultaneity the wCC show the server too busy in the wcc12c we managed the number the connection?

which action can we to do for managed the number the connection?

i was see the note How long do Queries remain in cache, and can that value be changed? (Doc ID 446249.1) is it possible apply?
