Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ORA-01552: cannot use system rollback segment for non-system tablespace 'abcd'

the application is getting this error ORA_01552 and I checked for the UNDO table space it is online and has enough free pace.

I searched for help in support.oracle.com and I could not find any useful info.
