FDMEE Lock Icon Disappearing

Has anyone had an issue with the POV in FDMEE showing the lock icon when all locations are locked?  I haven't seen this before but if i am in Workbench and move between locations, the lock icon disappears however, if i open the POV selection box and just click OK, it appears.
