Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Define Equipment Lease receives error Asset xxxx should be associated with atleast one payment term

Hi,

I just created a new equipment lease and when I change the status from Draft to Final, the system gives me the following error :

Define Equipment Lease receives error Asset xxxx should be associated with atleast one payment term

I check the payment term has been defined in the template , with ROU asset and Liability ticked.

The same for discount rate index.

Any help much appreciated, thank you.
