what does 'Disconnect: false/true' means in 'srvctl config service' output and how to change it?

Hi All,

what 'Disconnect: false/true' means in 'srvctl config service' output as we see our services defined with as 'true' and oracle's doc example has it set to 'false' and how to change it?

# srvctl config service -d blm05es -s test22
