how may i resolve ora-01555

hello Gurus,

     In my database, I have several treatments which had got an error : ORA-01555.

I know the process, and I think I can resolve the problem, but I do not understand how may I optimize the parameter.

I read in my alert log I have the problem at 17:09 and when I read my history statistics undo ( see below ) I have still 2383s and 2445s undo_retention,

when my problem happened at
