Java Exception on startWebLogic.sh

Hi all,

I need help to identify the problem on my Weblogic installation:

After the installation (with no error with the GUI of configuration wizard) I set the variables and try to start with the command "startWebLogic.sh"

after a while, the command fail with:

<Jan 9, 2019, 3:14:36,770 PM Central European Standard Time> <Critical> <WebLogicServer> <BEA-000386> <Server subsystem failed. Reason: A MultiException has 4 exceptions.  They are:

1. java.lang.NullPointerException

2. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: create on weblogic.management.partition.admin.PartitionManagerService

3. java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:  of com.oracle.weblogic.lifecycle.core.PartitionLCMService errors were found

4. java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to perform operation: resolve on com.oracle.weblogic.lifecycle.core.PartitionLCMService
