Chart of account mapping with different calendar.

Hello Experts,

We are in R12 and  would like to create a secondary ledger with a different chart of accounts. primary ledger has 6 segment  and secondary will have 3  segments with only the value set for the natural account segment being different. 'Copy Value From' Segment Rules will work for the 2 segments which have a common value set but since the Account value set will be different, we would like to know how best to set it up.
