i have a question on Provisional Burden Schedule. we have a Provisional Burden Schedule with effective date 01-JAN-1951. My client is government and invoices for past years keep coming in current periods. also users perform various transfers across projects and within projects. To accommodate this requirement we do need to have burden schedule with effective date as 01-JAN-1951. currently, client wants to change the multiplier rates for the transactions from 01-APR-2018. To end date current version as on 31-MAR-2018 and creating a new version from 01-APR-2018, system does not allow as it errors with this item is associated with Expenditure
