EM13c: Support for DB 18c

I am researching the requirements and pre-reqs for EM 13c with database 18c as a target database. I checked the certification tab in MOS and it looks like EM 13.2, with the database plug-in 13.2.2 will support 18c but the certification says you need BP18 or greater. What is the corresponding patch date which corresponds to Bundle Patch 18? The BP notation must be an internal naming system,
