FSCM 9.2 PI 26 / HCM 9.2 PI 25 - Expense Report - HR Supervisor / Reports To issue

Hi,

We have recently discovered an issue with HR to FIN position / Job data sync up. We are using position management in our HR systems. Below is the scenarios

• When position transfer happens (in HR) on the JOB data page, it triggers position and Job data sync correctly meaning the Fin side position data and JOB data is correctly gets updated (Supervisor ID is blank and Reports_to field is populated).
• When position changes gets updated on Position management page, it triggers all the data correctly to FIN except that this time it sends the supervisor ID also to FIN (i.e both supervisor ID and Report_to field is populated in Fin side Job data). At this point the supervisor ID (incumbent of the new or changed position) is correct.
