Installation - Change Assistant on tool release 9.1.3.1

Dear All,

We are installing the Change Assistant on Deployment server.

My query is will it be possible to install  the media of latest Change Assistance  available on Update Center  to our current AR - 9.0 and TR - 9.1.3.1.

The reason of my question is the Visual Studio 2017 and jre-8u191 is required for current installation of change assistance.

Please show the path on this.

Currently we are on -

TR - 9.1.3.1

AR-9.0

D.S - windows 2008r2

JDK - 1.6.0_43

JRE -6

Visual Studio - 2008
