In the documentation for Patchset 27958007 (California Overtime on Flat Sum Bonus Payments), one of the set-up tasks is to create "new" Earnings Codes to represent Flat Sum Bonuses. Is it required that new Earnings Codes be created or can we use existing Earnings Codes and adjust any Earnings Table configuration as needed? I want to make sure the pay calc logic isn't relying on a separation of old ERNCDs versus new ones...
