12.1.3 Pre-Upgrade running ADZDDBCC.sql tables do not exist

Hi,

I am running ADZDDBCC.sql as apps user in our 12.1.3 environment to see/fix issues pre-12.2 upgrade. The output file has sections with 'table or view does not exist' as shown below. Is this normal or should these tables exist pre-on line patching enabled?
