Waiting POs Approval messages are not going from queue after approved

Hi All,

We are facing problem that once we approved the POs in P43081 Work With Orders Awaiting Approval, the some approvals are not going from waiting queue but when we check the POs it shows approved so why the approval message are not going from queue what could be the problem?

JDE E1 9.2 / 9.2.0.7 on Windows platform.
