how to generate the old POs in previous year and post

Hi All,

we want to generate the old POs in previous year and receipt the PO then Post, we have some old POs of 2018 which are not generate and receipt yet so if we are trying to generate now then it is taking today 2019 date so please can anyone tell us what is the procedure.
