Min- Max Not picking from a particular Sub-Inventory

Hi Team,

Issue reported by client is as below:

In IRISO, the planning is not considering a particular Sub- inventory Ex. A.

My  analysis:  I made the qty as "0" in sub inventory and ran Min- Max Planning at Sub inventory level "A", the report showed sub-inventory as "A".

                     Also  checked IR and the Destination sub - Inventory is " A".

                    

Is this the user understanding issue or shall i need to investigate more, if Yes, Please guide .
