Hi,

Could you please provide setup  steps for following requirement

We have a business requirement of auto assignment of Service request to an user depending on certain criteria for example problem code and Postal code. Again auto task generation and assignment  for similar criteria and its escalation to the department head if it is not attended in stipulated time and / or if not resolved.
