Essbase 11.1.2.4 Windows Startup/Shut down

Hi for Essbase 11.1.2.4 we have separate services for all Hyperion components. Can we set the services to be "Automatic" on startup or do we still need to startup/shutdown in sequence? If the latter, do we need a "wait" between each component - OHS, Foundation, Essbase etc?
