Can Oracle EBS generate 1099 for Imputed Income?

Hi ,

                We are on R12.1 and we are generating 1099's for AP vendors. Now we have a business scenario where our institution is renting out rooms to certain group of people who are eligible for that. The rent taken from them is less than the current market rate in the area. The difference needs to be considered as 'Imputed Income'. Can Oracle EBS natively generate 1099's for such cases.
