ERP JDE Xe : 4 months back Reports data not there in WSR ,How to get that reports data

Dear Experts,

As part of auditing we are trying to get last 4 months data(EX 30-09-2018) in WSR reports pdf with specified date in application.

Unfortunately we wont see any data in that specified date . could you please help me out how can I resolve this issue.

FYI,

I don't get any reports on that time . I have checked with many dates on  August and September 2018 reports .  we didn't find any  reports.

Could you please help me on this why its happen and how I need to resolve this issue.
