Payroll Year-End ESUs - 2nd Deliverable

Hello,

I see the 2nd deliverables are now available.

There is another column, After 2nd Deliverable Separate ESU for Canadian Payroll JDE 9.2.

Can the bug number Bug 28959326 be confirmed? It doesn't pull up a document.

Also the other bug number Bug 28342533 doesn't have an ESU yet.

Are these "After 2nd Deliverable" meant to be installed along with the 2nd Deliverable, or is it meant for after the T4s have been sent? Are the ESUs for these going to be held back until later?
